Jeff Majtyka


Following two-plus decades helping build leading independent investor and public relations agencies, Jeff founded JMSC to help companies better connect communications strategy to their business objectives.  Over his career, Jeff has partnered with executive and communications teams at companies including Facebook, Pixar Animation Studios, Tesla Motors, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Lam Research among many others, from startups to industry leaders.  He has counseled his clients through IPOs, friendly and contested M&A transactions, proxy fights, business transformations and other critical events.  Jeff is known for his collaborative, strategic approach to client engagements and his straight, actionable advice.   A former reporter, Jeff earned his B.A. from The College of William & Mary and his M.B.A. from the College’s Mason School of Business.


Bob Jones

managing Director

Bob is an expert communications and investor relations executive with substantial corporate and advisory experience. Throughout his twenty-five year career in business communications he has worked closely with executive management teams from both public and private companies to create and execute communications programs that enhance management credibility and corporate reputation. Bob served as head of investor relations, chief spokesperson and as a member of the Executive Management Committee for, a $5 billion market cap industry leader at its peak. He also served as CEO of Morgen-Walke Associates, one of the largest financial communications advisory firms in the U.S.  He started his career in the market development division of the American Stock Exchange.

Bob is a native New Yorker and earned his MBA from Pace University-Lubin School of Business and a BA in Marketing Management from Baruch College, CUNY. He is active in local charity and civic causes and is a Trustee for VHHS, the largest private non-profit home healthcare organization in Bergen County, NJ.

Anna Yen


Anna has held executive positions at Technology, Entertainment and Internet companies, advising some of the world’s most respected leaders including Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, Larry Kramer, Jeff Bezos and David Drummond. As an IR executive,  Anna was responsible for navigating Pixar (now part of Disney), (now part of NBC), SmartForce (now SkillSoft), Amazon and Tesla through their Initial Public Offerings. Anna currently leads Investor Relations, Corporate Development and Strategy for Zoosk, a $500M online dating company. Anna also co-founded Lasso Logic (acquired by DELL/SonicWALL) and PacketTrap Networks (acquired by Quest Software, now part of DELL). She was also co-founder of appSmitten, a personalized app discovery company. As co-founder of these companies, Anna led marketing, branding, and lead-generation efforts. Anna was named one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top 50 “People to Watch” in 2005. Anna has a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University. She is on the Board of Directors of NIRI SF and Blue Line Pizza. In addition, she has served on the Boards of the National Kidney Foundation and the California Transplant Donor Network (Audit Committee).


Taylor Krafchik

Senior Account Executive

Taylor joined JMSC in 2016 as a Senior Account Executive, bringing a strong background in investor relations consulting at several top IR firms. Taylor’s IR expertise extends across multiple industry sectors and includes implementing and managing IR program activities, IPO support, M&A and transactions and strategic business pivots. Throughout his IR career Taylor has supported a diverse group of companies including, Empire Realty State Trust, Charter Communications,, Starwood Property Trust, and many others. Taylor earned his B.S. in Public Relations from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT.

Jenny Perales

Senior Account Executive

Bringing a unique mix of investor relations, public relations and marketing expertise, Jenny joined JMSC in 2017. Jenny’s corporate communications experience includes strategic IR program development and management, M&A counsel and logistics, investor and analyst marketing efforts, and media relations across a diverse range of industries. Prior to JMSC, Jenny was a Senior Account Executive at a top integrated communications firm where she supported an expansive group of companies including Entravision, Systemax, PricewaterhouseCoopers, New York Times and Alleghany in both IR and PR functions. Jenny earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
